სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკურ დაწესებულებებში ნარჩენების შეგროვების, შენახვისა და გაუვნებლების სანიტარული რეჟიმის დაცვის, ჯანმრთელობისათვის საშიში ნარჩენებისადმი უმართებულო მოპყრობით გამოწვეული საფრთხის თავიდან აცილების, საერთაშორისო პრაქტიკაში დანერგილი ნარჩენების მენეჯმენტის წესების შესაბამისად წარმოების მიზნით, "ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის შესახებ" საქართველოს კანონის 70-ე მუხლის შესაბამისად ვბრძანებ:
For the purpose of observing proper sanitary regime of collection, storage and neutralization of waste, avoiding risks posed by improper handling of wastes hazardous to health, and conducting waste management in compliance with internationally accepted practice in medical and prophylactic institutions, I, in accordance with Article 70 of the Law of Georgia on Healthcare, decree as follows:

1. დამტკიცდეს სანიტარულ-ჰიგიენური და ეპიდემიოლოგიური ნორმირების სახელმწიფო სისტემის ნორმატიული დოკუმენტი, სანიტარული წესები და ნორმები - "სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულებების ნარჩენების შეგროვების, შენახვისა და გაუვნებლების სანიტარული წესები".
1. There shall be approved the normative document of the State system of sanitary-hygienic and epidemiological standardization – “Sanitary Rules for the Collection, Storage and Neutralization of Waste of Medical and Prophylactic Institutions”.
