სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკურ დაწესებულებებში ნარჩენების შეგროვების, შენახვისა და გაუვნებლების სანიტარული რეჟიმის დაცვის, ჯანმრთელობისათვის საშიში ნარჩენებისადმი უმართებულო მოპყრობით გამოწვეული საფრთხის თავიდან აცილების, საერთაშორისო პრაქტიკაში დანერგილი ნარჩენების მენეჯმენტის წესების შესაბამისად წარმოების მიზნით, "ჯანმრთელობის დაცვის შესახებ" საქართველოს კანონის 70-ე მუხლის შესაბამისად ვბრძანებ:
For the purpose of observing proper sanitary regime of collection, storage and neutralization of waste, avoiding risks posed by improper handling of wastes hazardous to health, and conducting waste management in compliance with internationally accepted practice in medical and prophylactic institutions, I, in accordance with Article 70 of the Law of Georgia on Healthcare, decree as follows:

1. დამტკიცდეს სანიტარულ-ჰიგიენური და ეპიდემიოლოგიური ნორმირების სახელმწიფო სისტემის ნორმატიული დოკუმენტი, სანიტარული წესები და ნორმები - "სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულებების ნარჩენების შეგროვების, შენახვისა და გაუვნებლების სანიტარული წესები".
1. There shall be approved the normative document of the State system of sanitary-hygienic and epidemiological standardization – “Sanitary Rules for the Collection, Storage and Neutralization of Waste of Medical and Prophylactic Institutions”.

1. წინამდებარე წესები განკუთვნილია ყველა ტიპის სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულებისათვის, ასევე იმ ორგანიზაციებისათვის, რომელნიც საქმიანობენ ჯანდაცვის სფეროში და ევალებათ შეასრულონ წარმოქმნილი ნარჩენების შეგროვება, შენახვა და ტრანსპორტირება, აგრეთვე ახორციელებენ გადამამუშავებელი და გასაუვნებელი დანადგარებისა და მყარი ნარჩენების სამარხი პოლიგონების პროექტირებასა და ექსპლუატაციას.
1. The present Rules are intended for medical and prophylactic institutions of all types, as well as for the organizations working in the field of healthcare, which are in charge of collection, storage, and transportation of the waste generated thereby and engage in the design and operation of processing and neutralizing installations and solid waste landfills.

2. წინამდებარე წესების დებულებებით განსაზღვრული მოთხოვნების შესრულება სავალდებულოა ყველა ტიპის სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულებისათვის, ასევე პ.1.-ში მითითებული სხვა დაწესებულებებისათვის, მიუხედავად საკუთრების ფორმისა და უწყებრივი დაქვემდებარებისა.
2. Compliance with the requirements established by the provisions of present Rules shall be obligatory for medical and prophylactic institutions of all types, as well as for other institutions referred to in paragraph 1, irrespective of the form of ownership and departmental affiliation thereof.

3. წინამდებარე წესების დაცვაზე კონტროლს განახორციელებს საქართველოს შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის სამინისტროს სახელმწიფო სანიტარიული ზედამხედველობის სამსახური.
3. Control over the observation of the present Rules shall be exercised by the State Sanitary Supervision Service of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia.
