ბ) მოცემული კლასის ნარჩენების სახეობების ტოქსიკურობის ხარისხი განისაზღვრება, ტოქსიკური სამრეწველო ნარჩენების კლასიფიკატორისა და სამრეწველო ნარჩენების ტოქსიკურობის კლასის განსაზღვრის მეთოდური მითითებების შესაბამისად.
(b) Degree of toxicity of the types of wastes of the given class shall be determined in accordance with the Classification Index of toxic industrial waste and instructional guidelines for the determination of the class of toxicity of industrial waste.

(d) Collection and storage of cytostatic preparations belonging to the waste of Class I and II of toxicity must be in compliance with the Classification Index of toxic industrial waste and other normative documents in force.

ე) ”დ“ კლასის ნარჩენები, რომლებიც ტოქსიკურობის II და III კლასებს განეკუთვნებიან, უნდა შეგროვდეს და შეიფუთოს მყარ ტარაში, ხოლო ტოქსიკურობის IV კლასის ნარჩენები - რბილ ტარაში.
(e) Waste of Class D belonging to Class II and III of toxicity, must be collected and packed in rigid receptacles, and waste of Class IV of toxicity – in flexible receptacles.

ბ) მოცემული კლასის ნარჩენების შეგროვება, შენახვა და გატანა უნდა შეესაბამებოდეს რადიაქტიურ ნივთიერებებსა და მაიონიზებელი გამოსხივების სხვა წყაროებთან მუშაობის წესებს და რადიაქტიური ნივთიერებებისადმი მოპყრობის მარეგლამენტირებელი სხვა მოქმედი ნორმატიული დოკუმენტების მოთხოვნებს.
(b) Collection, storage and removal of the waste of the given class must be in compliance with the rules for the work with radioactive substances and with the requirements of other normative documents in force, regulating the handling of radioactive substances.
