VI. General Rule for Disinfection of Waste and Reusable Implements.

1. სავალდებულოა “ბ“ და ”გ“ კლასის ნარჩენების დეზინფიცირება უშუალოდ პირველადი შეგროვების ადგილზე, ერთჯერადი გამოყენების ტარაში შეგროვებამდე, სადეზინფექციო ხსნარში დაყურსვის მეთოდით, სპეციალურად ამ მიზნისათვის გამოყოფილ და გამზადებულ ჭურჭელში.

1. It shall be obligatory to disinfect the waste of Class B and C immediately at the place of initial collection thereof, prior to collecting it in disposable receptacles, by means of immersion in disinfectant solution, using the vessel specifically designated and prepared for the purpose.

2. ”ბ“ და ”გ“ კლასის ნარჩენების დეზინფექცია უნდა ჩატარდეს მოქმედი ნორმატიული დოკუმენტების შესაბამისად.

2. Disinfection of waste of Class B and C must be carried out in compliance with the normative documents in force.

3. დეზინფექციის ჩასატარებლად უნდა გამოიყენებოდეს საქართველოს შრომის, ჯანმრთელობისა და სოციალური დაცვის სამინისტროს მიერ ნებადართული სადეზინფექციო საშუალებები, შესაბამის რეკომენდაციებში მითითებული კონცენტრაციებითა და ექსპოზიციის დროით.

3. For the conduct of disinfection, there shall be used the disinfectants authorized by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, in due concentrations and times of exposure as specified in relevant recommendations.

4. “ა“ კლასის ნარჩენების შესაგროვებლად განკუთვნილი, მრავალჯერადი გამოყენების ტევადობების ყოველდღიური დეზინფექცია, უნდა ჩატარდეს სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულების ძალებით.

4. Daily disinfection of reusable containers intended for collection of waste of Class A shall be carried out independently by the medical and prophylactic institution concerned.

5. “ბ“ და ”გ“ კლასის ნარჩენების შესაგროვებლად განკუთვნილი, სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულების კორპუსებს შორის მდგარი კონტეინერების და ავტომანქანის ძარის დეზინფექცია უნდა ჩატარდეს სატრანსპორტო ორგანიზაციის მიერ, რომელმაც ყოველკვირეულად უნდა გაიტანოს ნარჩენები შემდგომი განთავსების ადგილზე.

5. Disinfection of containers intended for collection of the waste of Class B and C, placed between the buildings of relevant medical and prophylactic institution and of cargo bodies of vehicles shall be carried out by the transport organization which must, on a weekly basis, remove and take waste to the subsequent location site.

6. საგანგებო შემთხვევაში, კორპუსებს შორის მდგარ კონტეინერებსა ან ავტოტრანსპორტში შეუფუთავი ნარჩენების აღმოჩენისას, საჭიროა დაუყოვნებლივ ჩატარდეს დეზინფექცია.

6. In case of emergency, when unpacked waste is discovered in containers placed between the buildings, or in transport vehicles, it shall be required to carry out disinfection without delay.

ამ მიზნით, სამკურნალო-პროფილაქტიკური დაწესებულების ტერიტორიაზე აუცილებელია გამოიყოს ადგილი, კორპუსებს შორის მდგარი კონტეინერებისა და ავტოტრანსპორტის რეცხვისა და დეზინფექციისათვის.

For this purpose, it shall be necessary to designate a site within the territory of the medical and prophylactic institution concerned where the containers placed between the buildings and transport vehicles can be washed and disinfected.

7. The site designated for washing and disinfection must be coated with asphalt and equipped with integrated drainage outlet.

1. “ბ“ და ”გ“ კლასის ნარჩენების შესაგროვებლად განკუთვნილი ერთჯერადი გამოყენების პაკეტები, უნდა უზრუნველყოფდეს 15 კგ-მდე წონის ნარჩენების უსაფრთხო შეგროვების შესაძლებლობას და ჰერმეტიზებას.

1. Disposable packets intended for collection of waste of Class B and C must ensure the possibility of safe collection and rendering airtight of up to 15 kilograms of waste.

”ბ“ კლასის ნარჩენების შესაგროვებლად განკუთვნილ პაკეტებს უნდა ჰქონდეს ყვითელი შეფერილობა, ”გ“ კლასის ნარჩენების - წითელი შეფერილობა, ”ა“ კლასის ნარჩენებისას - თეთრი.

Packets intended for collection of waste of Class B must have yellow colouring, for collection of waste of Class C – red one, and those intended for collection of waste of Class A must have white colouring.

2. “ბ“ და ”გ“ კლასის ნარჩენების შესაგროვებლად განკუთვნილი ერთჯერადი ბაკების კონსტრუქცია უნდა უზრუნველყოფდეს მათ ჰერმეტიზაციას შეგროვების პროცესში და გამორიცხავდეს სამედიცინო განყოფილების (ლაბორატორიის) ფარგლებს გარეთ ნარჩენების ტრანსპორტირებისას შეფუთვის გახსნის შესაძლებლობას.

2. The design of disposable vats intended for collection of waste of Class B and C must ensure their being sealed hermetically in process of collection and rule out the possibility of the unfolding of packaging in process of transportation of waste outside the territory of a medical department (laboratory).
