The Lender will arrange packing and transportation by personal courier of the Loan to and from the Borrower.

5. „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღების“ მოვალეობანი.
5. Responsibilities of the Borrower.

ა) ექსპონატების დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემა მოხდება „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღების“ ხარჯებითა და რისკით;
a) The Loan will be for the expense and risk of the Borrower.

ბ) „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღებს“ არანაირი უფლება არა აქვს, გამოიყენოს „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპონატები“ რაიმე სხვა მიზნით, გარდა მე-3 და მე-2 მუხლებში აღწერილი მიზნებისა;
b) The Borrower is not in any way allowed to use the Loan for any other purpose as described in articles 3 and 2;

გ) „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ გამოფენს „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემულ ექსპონატებს“ მხოლოდ „ნატურალისის“ განძეულობის საცავ ოთახში, მისამართზე დარვინვეგის #2, ლეიდენი, ნიდერლანდები.
c) The Borrower will exhibit the Loan at Naturalis, Treasure Room, Darwinweg 2, Leiden, The Netherlands only.

„დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპონატების“ რომელიმე სხვა ადგილას გადატანა არ მოხდება „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემის“ წერილობითი ნებართვის გარეშე;
The Loan will not be moved to any other location without the written permission by the Lender:

დ) გამოფენის განმავლობაში, „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპო-ნატების“ გვერდით განთავსდება შემდეგი შინაარსის განცხადება: „აღებულია დროებით სარგებლობაში საქართველოს ეროვნული მუზეუმისაგან“;
d) During the exhibition, a notice stating On loan from the Georgian National Museum will be placed next to the Loan;

ე) „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემის“ წინასწარი წერილობითი ნებართვის გარეშე „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ არავითარ შემთხვევაში არ დაუშვებს „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპონატების“ რაიმე სახის გატანას, გაწმენდას, რესტავრირებას ან მოდიფიცირებას გარდა სიტუაციისა, როდესაც, საგანგებო ვითარების გამო, ნებართვის მოთხოვნის დრო არ არის და აღნიშნული საგანგებო ვითარება დაუყოვნებელ მოქმედებას მოითხოვს.
e) Without the prior written permission of the Lenger, the Borrower shall never allow the Loan to be removed, cleaned, restored or modified in any way unless, owing to an emergency, there is no time to request permission and this emergency requires immediate action to be taken.

ასეთ შემთხვევაში, „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ გააკეთებს ყველაფერს რაც კი შეუძლია, რათა დაიცვას საგანი;
In the latter case, the Borrower shall do everything in its power to protect the object;

ვ) დაზიანების ან დაკარგვის შემთხვევაში „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ დაუყოვნებლივ აცნობებს ამის შესახებ „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემს“;
f) in case of damage or loss, the Borower will inform the Lender without delay:

ზ) „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ უზრუნველყოფს, რომ პირობები საგამო-ფენო სივრცეში, სადაც „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპონატები“ გამოიფინება, იყოს შესაფერისი და კისრულობს ვალდებულებას, მათ შორის უზრუნველყოფილი იყოს:
g) The Borrower shall ensure that the conditions in the space in which the Loan is exhibited are suitable, with this responsibility to include ensuring:

adequate security measures;

climate and lighting conditions in accordance with the generally accepted standards for museums;

თ) ზემოხსენებულის გარდა, „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ გააკეთებს ყველაფერს, რაც დროებით სარგებლობაში ექსპონატების კეთილსინდისიერ ამღებს შეიძლება მოეთხოვებოდეს „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპონატების“ მაქსიმალურად ფრთხილად მოპყრობის თვალსაზრისით.
h) In addition to the above, the borrower will do everything that may be expected of a good borrower in terms of handling the Loan as carefully as possible.
