ე) „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემის“ წინასწარი წერილობითი ნებართვის გარეშე „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ არავითარ შემთხვევაში არ დაუშვებს „დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემული ექსპონატების“ რაიმე სახის გატანას, გაწმენდას, რესტავრირებას ან მოდიფიცირებას გარდა სიტუაციისა, როდესაც, საგანგებო ვითარების გამო, ნებართვის მოთხოვნის დრო არ არის და აღნიშნული საგანგებო ვითარება დაუყოვნებელ მოქმედებას მოითხოვს.
e) Without the prior written permission of the Lenger, the Borrower shall never allow the Loan to be removed, cleaned, restored or modified in any way unless, owing to an emergency, there is no time to request permission and this emergency requires immediate action to be taken.

h) In addition to the above, the borrower will do everything that may be expected of a good borrower in terms of handling the Loan as carefully as possible.

თუ „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღები“ არ გამოიყენებს საგანს იმ გამოფენისთვის/ღონისძიებისთვის, რომლისთვისაც იგი დროებით სარგებლობაში იქნა გაცემული, ან არ მოეპყრობა მას ამ შეთანხმების დებულებათა თანახმად, ასეთ შემთხვევაში „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემს“ უფლება აქვს გაწყვიტოს დროებით სარგებლობაში გადაცემის შესახებ შეთანხმება ძალაში დაუყოვნებელი შესვლითა და სასამართლოსთვის მიმართვის გარეშე და მოითხოვოს, რომ „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღებმა“ დაუყოვნებლივ დააბრუნოს საგანი „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემის“ მფლობელობაში.
If the Borrower does not use the object for the exhibition/event for which it has been given on loan or treat the object in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the Lender shall be entitled to terminate the loan agreement with immediate effect and without recourse to the courts and to demand that the Borrower immediately returns the object into the lender's possession.

თუ „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემს“ ამ შეთანხმების ვადის ამოწურვის თარიღამდე სასწრაფოდ დასჭირდება საგამოფენო საგანი ისეთ გარემოებათა შედეგად, რომლებიც არ შეიძლებოდა გონივრულად პროგნოზირებული ყოფილიყო ამ შეთანხმების ხელმოწერის დროს, ასეთ შემთხვევაში „დროებით სარგებლობაში გამცემი“ ამის შესახებ წერილობით აცნობებს „დროებით სარგებლობაში ამღებს“ და მოიყვანს ამის მიზეზებს.
If the Lender urgently needs the objem prior to the closing date of this agreement as a result of circumstances that could not reasonably have seen foreseen when this agreement was signed, the Lender shall inform the Borrower in writing and state the reasons for this.

The Borrower may return the object to the Lender prior to the closing date of this agreement in the event of any compelling circumstances that could not reasonably have been foreseen when this agreement was signed.
