ამ ხელშეკრულების 6.1, 6.2 პუნქტებში ჩამოთვლილი დოკუმენტების გარდა ხელშეკრულების ორივე მხარეს თავისი საქმიანობიდან და საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს მოთხოვნიდან გამომდინარე უფლება აქვს შემოიღოს და აწარმოოს სხვა სახის დოკუმენტები.
In addition to the documents listed in paragraphs 6.1, 6.2 of this Contract, both Parties to the Contract shall be entitled, on the basis of their activities and the requirements of the Georgian Ministry of Finance, to introduce and maintain other types of documents.

Any disagreement arising between the Parties shall be settled through mutual negotiations.

იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ დავა არ გადაწყდა მოლაპარაკების გზით მხარეები მიმართავენ ქ. ფოთის სასამართლოს.
In case if a dispute cannot be settled through negotiations, the Parties shall apply to the court of Poti.

Both Parties shall be released from their obligations in case of force majeure.

All issues that are not addressed in this Contract shall be governed by the Georgian Legislation.

ნებისმიერ მხარეს აქვს უფლება მოახდინოს ხელშეკრულების შეწყვეტა და ამის შესახებ წერილობითი ფორმით აცნობოს მეორე მხარეს ხელშეკრულების შეწყვეტამდე 30 კალენდარული დღით ადრე.
Any Party may terminate the Contract and notify to the other Party 30 calendar days prior to the termination.

თუ ეს ხელშეკრულება წყდება 9.2 პუნქტის თანახმად, მისი მოქმედება გრძელდება ფინანსური ურთიერთანგარიშსწორების დასრულებამდე.
If this Contract is terminated pursuant to paragraph 9.2, it shall remain in force until the final settlement of financial accounts.

The Contract comes into force after being signed by both Parties and shall remain in force until December 31, 2009.

თუ რომელიმე მხარე წერილობითი ფორმით არ მოითხოვს ამ ხელშეკრულების ვადის გასვლის გამო შეწყვეტას წინამდებარე ხელშეკრულება ავტომატურად გაგრძელდება ერთი წლით.
Unless any Party demands in writing the termination of this Contract on the grounds of expiry of its period of validity, the present Contract shall be automatically prolonged for the period of one year.
