Out of the total amount of the Project budget, the OSCE Mission will use up to €2,000.00 (two thousand EUR) to purchase goods and services in accordance with the budget split shown in Annex 2.

Out of the total amount of the Project budget, Delta shall receive up to €21,672 (twenty-one thousand six hundred and seventy-two EUR), which shall be paid in two instalments.

i.The first instalment of €17,337 (seventeen thousand three hundred and thirty seven EUR) equivalent to 80% of Delta’s share of the budget shall be paid within seven (7) days upon signature of this Agreement and presentation of an Invoice for the first instalment in the format specified in Annex 5.
