განახორციელოს 1 დანართში მითითებული ამოცანები და, ამ მიზნით, კავშირი იქონიოს და კოორდინირებულად იმოქმედოს თავდაცვის სამინისტროსთან, საქართველოს შეიარაღებული ძალების გაერთიანებულ შტაბთან, საქართველოს გარემოს დაცვისა და ბუნებრივი რესურსების სამინისტროსთან და საქართველოს სხვა იმ სამინისტროებთან და ორგანოებთან, რომლებთანაც საჭირო შეიძლება იყოს პროექტის მიზნების მისაღწევად.
Perform the tasks prescribed in Annex 1 and, to that effect, liaise and co-ordinate with the Ministry of Defence, the Joint Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces, the Department of Radiation and Nuclear Safety of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources of Georgia and other Georgian Ministries and authorities as may be required to achieve the Project objectives.

Out of the total amount of the Project budget, the OSCE Mission will use up to €2,000.00 (two thousand EUR) to purchase goods and services in accordance with the budget split shown in Annex 2.

პირველი ნაწილის 17.337 ევროს (ჩვიდმეტი ათას სამას ოცდაჩვიდმეტი ევროს) ოდენობით, რაც ეკვივალენტურია ბიუჯეტში დელტა-ს წილის 80%-ისა, გადახდა მოხდება შვიდი (7) დღის განმავლობაში მას შემდეგ, რაც ხელმოწერილი იქნება ეს შეთანხმება და რაც წარმოდგენილი იქნება პირველი გადახდის ინვოისი მე–5 დანართში მითითებულ ფორმატში.
i.The first instalment of €17,337 (seventeen thousand three hundred and thirty seven EUR) equivalent to 80% of Delta’s share of the budget shall be paid within seven (7) days upon signature of this Agreement and presentation of an Invoice for the first instalment in the format specified in Annex 5.
