მეორე ნაწილის 4.335 ევრომდე (ოთხ ათას სამას ოცდათხუთმეტ ევრომდე) ოდენობით, რაც ეკვივალენტურია ბიუჯეტში დელტა-ს წილის 20%-ისა, გადახდა მოხდება შვიდი (7) დღის განმავლობაში მას შემდეგ, რაც ეუთო–ს პროექტის მენეჯერი დაამტკიცებს შუალედურ ფინანსურ და აღწერით ანგარიშს პირველი ნაწილის გადახდის შესახებ და რაც წარმოდგენილი იქნება მეორე გადახდის ინვოისი მე–5 დანართში მითითებულ ფორმატში.
The second instalment of up to €4,335 (four thousand three hundred and thirty-five EUR), equivalent to 20% of Delta’s share of the budget, shall be paid within seven (7) after approval by the OSCE project manager of the interim financial and narrative report on the first instalment and presentation of an Invoice for the second instalment in the format specified in Annex 5.

Any equipment and/or other goods needed for the implementation of the Project shall be, subject to OSCE Mission’s approval, procured by the OSCE Mission in accordance with its procurement rules.

პროექტის დასრულების შემდეგ მოწყობილობა ან გადაეცემა პროექტის მიმღებებს, რომლებიც პროექტის აღწერაში არიან აღნიშნული, ანდა გამოყენებული იქნება ეუთო-ს მისიის სხვა მიმდინარე პროექტებისთვის, იმისდა მიხედვით, თუ რამდენად წარმატებულად შესრულდება ამ შეთანხმების მიხედვით განსაზღვრული ამოცანები, რასაც ეუთო-ს მისია დაადგენს.
Upon expiration of the Project, the equipment shall be either transferred to the recipients of the Project, as specified in the Project description or used for other ongoing OSCE Mission projects, depending on the successful completion of the specified tasks under this Agreement as determined by the OSCE Mission.
