Delta shall convert into EURO the actual expenditures using the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia existing on the date when the payment from the OSCE Mission is recorded to the Delta bank accounts.

Delta shall keep legally valid financial and accounting documents concerning the Project funded by the OSCE Mission, and make available relevant financial information including statements of account concerning this contribution.

პროექტის რეალიზაციისათვის საჭირო მოწყობილობას და/ან სხვა საქონელს, ეუთო-ს მისიის თანხმობის პირობით, შეისყიდის ეუთო-ს მისია თავისი შესყიდვის წესების თანახმად.
Any equipment and/or other goods needed for the implementation of the Project shall be, subject to OSCE Mission’s approval, procured by the OSCE Mission in accordance with its procurement rules.

პროექტის დასრულების შემდეგ მოწყობილობა ან გადაეცემა პროექტის მიმღებებს, რომლებიც პროექტის აღწერაში არიან აღნიშნული, ანდა გამოყენებული იქნება ეუთო-ს მისიის სხვა მიმდინარე პროექტებისთვის, იმისდა მიხედვით, თუ რამდენად წარმატებულად შესრულდება ამ შეთანხმების მიხედვით განსაზღვრული ამოცანები, რასაც ეუთო-ს მისია დაადგენს.
Upon expiration of the Project, the equipment shall be either transferred to the recipients of the Project, as specified in the Project description or used for other ongoing OSCE Mission projects, depending on the successful completion of the specified tasks under this Agreement as determined by the OSCE Mission.

ამ შეთანხმების მიხედვით გადახდილი შენატანის ნაწილი, რომელიც გამოყენებული არ იქნება პროექტის დასრულების დროისათვის, უკანვე დაუბრუნდება ეუთო-ს მისიას ამ თარიღიდან ათი (10) დღის განმავლობაში.
The portion of the contribution paid under this Agreement which has not been utilized at the completion of the Project will be repaid to the OSCE Mission within ten (10) days of that date.

Delta shall indemnify and hold the OSCE Mission harmless from all claims, losses and damages which the OSCE Mission may sustain in consequence of or arising out of its funding of the Project.
