The legal basis for the production and sale of vine seedlings, grapes, wine and other alcoholic drinks of grape origin are the Constitution of Georgia, this Law and other normative acts.

ეს კანონი ვრცელდება იმ ფიზიკურ და იურიდიულ პირებზე, რომელთა სამეურნეო საქმიანობა მოიცავს მევენახეობა-მეღვინეობის დარგში სასაქონლო პროდუქციის, მათ შორის, ყურძნისეული წარმოშობის პროდუქტების, წარმოებას, რეალიზაციას, შენახვას, ტრანსპორტირებას, ექსპორტსა და იმპორტს.
This law applies to physical and legal entities engaged in the production, storage, transportation, sale, export or import of produced goods in the viticulture and winemaking sector, including the products of grape origin.
