A head of the children's custodial institution of any type, notwithstanding the organizational and legal form or/and the subordination of the said institution, shall be obliged immediately to provide the guardianship and custodianship agency with the information concerning an orphan, a foundling or n abandoned child.

A head of the children's custodial institution of any type, notwithstanding the organizational and legal form or/and the subordination of the said institution, shall be obliged, in case of any change in the information provided by him or her to the guardianship and custodianship agency or/and at the request of the local guardianship and custodianship agency, to make available to it the information concerning the biographical background, social status and the state of health of the children placed in this institution.
