ეუთოს მისია: (ა) თანხებს გადასცემს დელტას პროექტის რეალიზაციის მიზნით, თანახმად ამ შეთანხმების მე-5 მუხლისა; (ბ) იძენს საქონელსა და მომსახურებებს თანახმად მე-2 დანართისა; (გ) მონიტორინგს უწევს პროექტის ადეკვატურ რეალიზაციას დელტას მიერ და გამოყოფილი თანხების სწორ მართვას; და (დ) საკუთარ თავზე იღებს ნებისმიერი სხვა ამოცანების შესრულებას, რომლებიც ეუთოს მისიამ შეიძლება აუცილებლად მიიჩნიოს პროექტის რეალიზაციისთვის.
The OSCE Mission shall: (a) transmit the funds to Delta for the purpose of implementing the Project, in accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement; (b) purchase goods and services in accordance with Annex 2; (c) monitor the adequate implementation of the Project by Delta and the proper management of the funds allocated; and (d) undertake any other tasks the OSCE Mission may consider necessary for the implementation of the Project.
