The OSCE Mission shall: (a) transmit the funds to Delta for the purpose of implementing the Project, in accordance with Article 5 of this Agreement; (b) purchase goods and services in accordance with Annex 2; (c) monitor the adequate implementation of the Project by Delta and the proper management of the funds allocated; and (d) undertake any other tasks the OSCE Mission may consider necessary for the implementation of the Project.

Delta shall keep legally valid financial and accounting documents concerning the Project funded by the OSCE Mission, and make available relevant financial information including statements of account concerning this contribution.
