გაერთიანებული ერების ორგანიზაციის გენერალური მდივანი ამ კონვენციის მე-17 მუხლის 1-ლ პუნქტში მოხსენიებულ ყველა სახელმწიფოს აცნობებს: (ა) ხელმოწერების, რატიფიკაციებისა და შეერთებების შესახებ მე-17 და მე-18 მუხლების მიხედვით; (ბ) ამ კონვენციის ძალაში შესვლის თარიღს მე-19 მუხლის მიხედვით; (გ) მე-14, მე-20 და 23-ე მუხლების მიხედვით მიღებული შეტყობინებებისა და განცხადებების შესახებ; (დ) დენონსაციების შესახებ 21-ე მუხლის მიხედვით.
The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall inform all States referred to in article 17, paragraph 1, of this Convention of the following particulars: (a) Signatures, ratifications and accessions under articles 17 and 18; (b) The date of entry into force of this Convention under article 19; (c) Communications and declarations received under articles 14, 20 and 23; (d) Denunciations under article 21.

The Fondation Royaumont will take in charge all expenses and will receive all receipts related to the program, either from public or from private sources, and from French or international sources, including Georgian sources.
