Any of the parties may request to have bilateral consultations in order to add or change this Agreement through the usual diplomatic channels, and any modification can not enter into force unless the procedures provided in article (7) of this Agreement is completed.

The implementation of the Project shall start on the date of signature of this Agreement by both Parties and shall end automatically two months thereafter, without any advance notice of termination required.
