ეს შეთანხმება ძალაში შედის ორივე მხარის მიერ მისი ხელმოწერისას და ძალაში რჩება ამ შეთანხმებიდან გამომდინარე ვალდებულებათა შესრულებამდე, თუკი მისი მოქმედება უფრო ადრე არ შეწყდება ეუთოს მისიის ან დელტას მიერ არანაკლებ ოცდაათი დღით ადრე წერილობითი შეტყობინების გაგზავნის გზით.
This Agreement shall enter into force when signed by both parties and remain valid until the execution of the obligations deriving from this Agreement, unless it is terminated earlier by the provision of not less than thirty days written notice by the OSCE Mission or Delta.

The portion of the contribution paid under this Agreement which has not been utilized at the completion of the Project will be repaid to the OSCE Mission within fifteen days of that date.

In case of termination and without prejudice of Article 6 above, Delta shall be entitled to payment of the contribution only for the part of the Project actually carried out.

Should circumstances arise which call the feasibility of the Project into question, or which induce major adjustments to the Project, Delta shall obtain the OSCE Mission's written approval before continuing the Project or before implementing such changes.

The purpose of the Project is to carry out a visual and radiological survey of the former Georgian Air Force Technical Storage Base No. 7 and then to remove all radiological hazards for safe storage and to either remove for neutralization or to treat localized chemical contamination on the spot.
