გარდა შემთხვევებისა, როდესაც ეს სხვაგვარად არის გათვალისწინებული ამ შეთანხმებაში, მხარეები არ შეზღუდავენ ან გააუქმებენ ამ შეთანხმების მიხედვით მინიჭებულ შეღავათებს რაიმე სატარიფო, პარა-სატარიფო ან არასატარიფო ბარიერების, ან რაიმე სხვა შემზღუდველი ზომების გამოყენებით.
Except otherwise provided in the Agreement, the Contracting Parties shall not impair or nullify the concessions granted under this Agreement through the application of any tariff, para-tariff or non-tariff barriers or any other restrictive measures.

In order to counter dumping or export subsidies, in accordance with the WTO rules, the Contracting Parties shall have the right to initiate anti dumping and countervailing measures.

The Contracting Parties shall ensure that technical regulations, conformity assessment procedures and standards are not prepared, adopted or applied with a view to creating obstacles to mutual trade or to protect domestic production.
