უსაფრთხოებასთან დაკავშირებული თავისი არსებითი ინტერესების დასაცავად ან ისეთი საერთაშორისო ვალდებულებების ან ეროვნული პოლიტიკის რეალიზაციის მიზნით, როგორებიცაა: 1. დაკავშირებულნი იარაღითა და საბრძოლო მასალებით ვაჭრობასთან და ომის წარმოებასთან, იმ პირობით, რომ ამგვარი ზომები ზიანს არ აყენებს კონკურენციის პირობებს ისეთ პროდუქტებთან მიმართებაში, რომლებიც უშუალოდ სამხედრო მიზნებისთვის გამოსაყენებლად არ არის განკუთვნილი, და სხვა საქონლით, მასალებითა და მომსახურებებით იმგვარ ვაჭრობასთან, რომელიც პირდაპირ ან არაპირდაპირ სამხედრო დაწესებულების მომარაგების მიზნით წარმოებს; ან 2. დაკავშირებულნი ბიოლოგიური, ქიმიური და ბირთვული იარაღის, ან სხვა ბირთვული ასაფეთქებელი მოწყობილობების გაუვრცელებლობასთან; ან 3. მიღებულნი ომის ან სხვა სერიოზული საერთაშორისო დაძაბულობის დროს.
For the protection of its essential security interests or for the implementation of international obligations or national policies such as; 1. relating to the traffic in arms, ammunition and implementation of war, provided that such measures do not impair the conditions of competition in respect of the products not intended for specifically military purposes, and to such traffic in other goods, materials and services as is carried on directly or indirectly for the purpose of supplying a military establishment; or 2. relating to the non-proliferation of biological and chemical and nuclear weapons, or other nuclear explosive devices; or 3. adopted in time of war or other serious international tension.

Laws, regulations and other relevant measures of general application including standards, specifications and certifications of a Contracting Party, which pertain to or effect the operation of the Agreement, shall be notified to the other Contracting Party within a period of 30 days.

Upon request by any Contracting Party and subject to approval of the other Contracting Party, the Joint Committee shall also examine any other matter affecting the implementation of the Agreement.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or application of the Agreement shall first be settled amicably through mutual consultations.

Each Contracting Party shall accord sympathetic consideration to and shall afford adequate opportunity for consultations regarding any representations made by the Contracting Party with respect to any matter affecting the operation of this Agreement.

თუ კონსულტაციების მეშვეობით დავა ვერ მოგვარდება კონსულტაციის მოთხოვნის მიღების თარიღიდან 30 დღის განმავლობაში (რომელი ვადაც, ურთიერთშეთანხმების საფუძველზე, შეიძლება გაგრძელდეს კიდევ 30-დღიანი პერიოდით), ერთ-ერთი შემთანხმებელი მხარის მოთხოვნით შეიკრიბება ამ შეთანხმების მე-20 მუხლის მიხედვით შექმნილი ერთობლივი კომიტეტი, რათა განიხილოს ნებისმიერი საკითხი, რომლის დამაკმაყოფილებელი გადაწყვეტილების პოვნაც ვერ მოხერხდა ზემოთ, 1-ლ პუნქტში გათვალისწინებული კონსულტაციების მეშვეობით.
If the consultations fail to settle a dispute within 30 days after the date of receipt of the request for consultations (to be extended by a further period of 30 days through mutual consent), the Joint Committee established under Article 20 of this Agreement shall meet at the request of a Contracting Party to consider any matter for which it has not been possible to find a satisfactory solution through consultations under paragraph 1 above.

The Contracting Parties may amend the provisions of this Agreement, having regard to the experience gained in its implementation and the need for meeting new requirements.

The Contracting Parties may also consider further trade liberalization and expansion of this Agreement, taking into account the future needs to make it more comprehensive.

Amendments to this Agreement which are approved by the Joint Committee, shall be submitted to the Parties for acceptance in accordance with the requirements of their respective legislation and shall enter into force on the date of receipt of the latter diplomatic note confirming that all procedures required by the national legislation of each Party for entry into force of the amendments have been completed.

ნებისმიერ შემთანხმებელ მხარეს შეუძლია, შეღავათის მიცემის დღიდან ერთი წლის შემდეგ, შეატყობინოს მეორე შემთანხმებელ მხარეს თავისი განზრახვის შესახებ, შეცვალოს ან გააუქმოს ნებისმიერი შეღავათი, შეტანილი სათანადო ჩამონათვალში.
Any Contracting Party may, after one year from the day the concession was extended, notify the other Contracting Party of its intention to modify or withdraw any concession included in its appropriate schedule.

A Contracting Party intending to withdraw or modify a concession shall enter into consultation and/or negotiations, with a view to reaching an agreement on any necessary and appropriate compensation.

თუ შეტყობინების მიღებიდან ექვსი თვის განმავლობაში მიღწეული არ იქნა შეთანხმება შემთანხმებელ მხარეთა შორის და თუ შემტყობინებელი მხარე ამგვარი შეღავათების მოდიფიკაციას ან გაუქმებას შეუდგა, მეორე შემთანხმებელ მხარეს შეუძლია გააუქმოს ან შეცვალოს ეკვივალენტური შეღავათები თავის სათანადო ჩამონათვალებში.
Should no agreement be reached between the Contracting Parties within six months of the receipt of notification and should the notifying Contracting Party proceed with its modification or withdrawal of such concessions, the other Contracting Party may withdraw or modify equivalent concessions in its appropriate schedules.
