Any signatory or Contracting Party may terminate its provisional application of this Amendment by written notification to the Depositary of its intention not to ratify, accept or approve this Amendment.

Termination of provisional application for any signatory or Contracting Party shall take effect upon the expiration of 60 days from the date on which such signatory's or Contracting Party's written notification is received by the Depositary.
