Based on a thorough understanding of the outstanding challenges and with an SOP module in place, key staff of the CRA and MFA will be trained during year 2 of the action to better understand their individual functions, acquaint themselves with the modalities of interagency cooperation and exchange of information, and learn to use the software programme.
