Legal entities of public law within the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia: the Land Transport Agency, the Maritime Transport Agency and the Civil Aviation Agency shall, within their competence, coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures in the event of a nuclear or radiological emergency.

a) ensure readiness, timely and adequate response to the provision of urgent medical care to the population in the event of a nuclear or radiological emergency.
