საქართველოს საზღვაო სივრცის სამართლებრივი რეჟიმის კონტროლის უზრუნველყოფის მიზნით სახელმწიფო საზღვრის დაცვის სუბიექტებისა და სახელმწიფო სასაზღვრო რეჟიმის დაცვასთან დაკავშირებული საქართველოს აღმასრულებელი ხელისუფლების ორგანოების საზღვაო ოპერაციების ერთობლივი მართვის ცენტრი შესაბამის უწყებებს აწვდის ინფორმაციას საზღვაო სივრცეში არსებული და მოსალოდნელი ბირთვული და სხვა რადიოაქტიური ტვირთებისა და მასალების მიმოქცევის შესახებ.

ტექნიკური აღჭურვილობის გამართული ფუნქციონირების უზრუნველყოფასა და ასევე დაცვითი საშუალებების არსებობას, რომელიც გამოიყენება ბირთვული ან რადიოლოგიური საგანგებო სიტუაციების შემთხვევაში, უზრუნველყოფს ის სუბიექტი, რომლის ბალანსზეც ირიცხება აღნიშნული მოწყობილობები და ინდივიდუალური დაცვის საშუალებები.
The proper functioning of the technical equipment, as well as the availability of protective equipment used in the event of a nuclear or radiological accident, shall be ensured by an organisation, on whose balance sheet the specified equipment and personal protective equipment are reflected.
