ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის გაცემის, მის გაცემაზე უარის თქმის ან მისი გაუქმების შესახებ გადაწყვეტილება ინდივიდუალური ადმინისტრაციულ-სამართლებრივი აქტია და უნდა შეესაბამებოდეს საქართველოს ზოგადი ადმინისტრაციული კოდექსის IV თავით ინდივიდუალური ადმინისტრაციულ-სამართლებრივი აქტისათვის დადგენილ მოთხოვნებს.
A decision to grant, refuse to grant or revoke a registration for nuclear and radiation activities is an individual administrative act and must comply with the requirements established for individual administrative acts in Chapter IV of the General Administrative Code of Georgia.

The Regulatory Authority shall, within 3 days, verify the compliance of the application and the attached documents submitted by the applicant for registration with the requirements of Article 25 of this Law.

რეგისტრაციის გაცემაზე უარის თქმის შემთხვევაში, რეგისტრაციის გამცემი ვალდებულია დაუყოვნებლივ, წერილობით აცნობოს დასაბუთებული უარი განმცხადებელს.
In case of refusal to issue the registration document, the issuer of the registration document shall be obliged to immediately notify the applicant in writing of the reasoned refusal.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ვალდებულია ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის გაცემის შესახებ გადაწყვეტილება მიიღოს განცხადების წარდგენიდან 30 დღის ვადაში.
The Regulatory Authority shall be obliged to make a decision on issuing a registration document for nuclear and radiation activities within 30 days from the date of filing the application.

თუ აღნიშნულ ვადაში არ იქნა მიღებული გადაწყვეტილება რეგისტრაციის გაცემის ან გაცემაზე უარის თქმის შესახებ, რეგისტრაცია გაცემულად ჩაითვლება.
If the decision to grant or refuse registration is not taken within the prescribed period, the registration shall be considered granted.

An applicant for registration shall have the right to request a certificate of registration after the expiration of the period established for the issuance of registration.

ამ მუხლის მოთხოვნები ვრცელდება რეგისტრირებული საქმიანობის გაფართოების თაობაზე გადაწყვეტილების მიღებაზეც.
The requirements of this article shall also apply to decisions on the expansion of registered activities.

ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ლიცენზიის ან/და ნებართვის მისაღებად წარსადგენი დოკუმენტაცია განისაზღვრება ამ კანონითა და „ლიცენზიებისა და ნებართვების შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონით.
The documentation submitted for obtaining a licence and/or a permit to carry out nuclear and radiation activities shall be determined by this Law and the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ლიცენზიის ან/და ნებართვის გაცემის თაობაზე გადაწყვეტილებას იღებს ამ კანონითა და „ლიცენზიებისა და ნებართვების შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის შესაბამისად.
The decision to issue a licence and/or permit for nuclear and radiation activities shall be made by the Regulatory Authority in accordance with this Law and the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს უფლება აქვს, დამატებით მოითხოვოს რადიაციული უსაფრთხოების შეფასების ანგარიშის ან/და დეკომისიის გეგმის, ასევე „ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის შეტყობინებისა და ავტორიზაციის წესის დამტკიცების თაობაზე“ საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებით განსაზღვრული სალიცენზიო დოკუმენტაციის წარდგენა, დიფერენცირებული მიდგომის შესაბამისად.
The Regulatory Authority shall have the right to additionally request a radiation safety assessment report and/or decommissioning plan, as well as licensing documentation specified in the Ordinance of the Government of Georgia on Approval of the Rules for Notification and Issuance of Permits for Nuclear and Radiation Activities, in accordance with a differentiated approach.

b) a letter of guarantee from the manufacturer/supplier of the radioactive source on the return of radioactive sources of categories I and II (in case of import);
