With the purpose of promoting activities in the field of information and communication technologies, increasing cooperation and the adoption of new technologies, the Participants will encourage the relevant bodies, organizations and enterprises of both countries to cooperate in promoting closer interaction and closer exchange of information regarding communications and information technologies and where possible, to cooperate in carrying out specific programs and projects.

The Parties will co-operate in fields such as exchange of experience in organization of sport events, engaging people in regular sporting and exchange of scientific and methodological information on rehabilitation and rejuvenation of people using sport.
