3. The Diplomatic Mission shall, within three working days, issue a travel document if the person is proved to be a citizen of the requested Party or if a readmission obligation exists according to Article 3.

1. The costs of transportation and other costs such as food, accommodation, etc. for the person to be readmitted shall be covered by the requesting Party as far as to the border of the State of the requested Party.

2. მომთხოვნი მხარე ახდენს ნებისმიერი პირის რეადმისიას კვლავ თავისი სახელმწიფოს ტერიტორიაზე, თუკი შემდგომი გამოკვლევა გამოავლენს, რომ რეადმისიის პირობები, მოყვანილი მე-2 და მე-3 მუხლებში, შესრულებული არ არის.
2. The requesting Party shall readmit any person again to the territory of its State, if further inquiries reveal that the conditions of readmission set out in Articles 2 and 3 are not met.

1. ორივე მხარე რეგულარულად აწვდის ურთიერთს ინფორმაციას თავ-თავიანთი საიმიგრაციო მოთხოვნების შესახებ.
1. Both Parties shall keep each other regularly informed of their immigration requirements.

2. Any dispute arising out of interpretation, application or implementation of this Agreement shall be settled through mutual consultations between the competent authorities of the Parties or negotiations between the Parties.

თითოეულ მხარეს შეუძლია დროებით შეაჩეროს ამ შეთანხმების (საკუთარ მოქალაქეებთან დაკავშირებულ დებულებათა გარდა) მოქმედება საზოგადოებრივ ჯანმრთელობასთან, საზოგადოებრივ წესრიგთან ან ეროვნულ უსაფრთხოებასთან დაკავშირებულ მოსაზრებათა გამო.
Each Party may temporarily suspend the implementation of this Agreement, with exception of the provisions regarding own citizens, for reasons of public health, public order or national security.

2. The Parties shall notify each other in writing, through diplomatic channels, of the fulfillment of the conditions necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement.

3. Either Party has the right to denounce this Agreement at any time by notification in writing to the other Party communicated via diplomatic channels.
