The Government of Kingdom of Sweden and the Government of Georgia, hereinafter referred to as the “ Parties”, Desiring to further develop the cooperation between their respective States with a view to ensuring better implementation of the dispositions on the movement of persons, Being aware of the need to combat illegal migration and with a view to facilitating, on the basis of reciprocity, the readmission of persons illegally entering or residing on the territory of either Party, In accordance with the international treaties and conventions by which their States are bound, have agreed as follows:

1. The Parties will cooperate actively with a view to promoting the voluntary return of persons who do not fulfill the regulations for entry into or residence in the territory of one of the Parties, whilst recognizing the possibility of enforced return.

2. The principles of dignified, safe and orderly return of the person to be readmitted shall in all cases be observed by both Parties.

1. მხარეები ფორმალობათა გარეშე ახდენენ მათ საკუთარ მოქალაქეთა რეადმისიას, რომლებიც არ ასრულებენ მეორე მხარის ტერიტორიაზე შესვლის ან ცხოვრების წესებს.
1. The Parties shall readmit without formalities their own citizens who do not fulfill the regulations for entry into or residence in the territory of the other Party.

2. ამ მუხლის 1-ლი პუნქტის დებულებანი გამოიყენება იმ პირთა მიმართაც, რომლებმაც დაკარგეს მოთხოვნის მიმღები მხარის მოქალაქეობა მას შემდეგ, რაც შევიდნენ მომთხოვნი მხარის ტერიტორიაზე ისე, რომ არ მიუღიათ რომელიმე სხვა სახელმწიფოს მოქალაქეობა ან ნატურალიზაციის გარანტია რომელიმე სხვა სახელმწიფოსაგან.
2. The provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article shall also apply to persons who have lost the citizenship of the requested Party since entering the territory of the requesting Party without having acquired the citizenship of any other State or an assurance of naturalization from any other State.

1. მოთხოვნის მიმღები მხარე ახდენს მესამე ქვეყნის იმ მოქალაქის ან მოქალაქეობის არმქონე იმ პირის (უცხოელის) რეადმისიას, რომელიც არ ასრულებს მომთხოვნი ქვეყნის ტერიტორიაზე შესვლის ან ცხოვრების წესებს.
1. A requested Party shall readmit a third country national or stateless person (alien) who does not fulfill the regulations for entry into and residence in the territory of the requesting Party.

b) possesses a valid visa, other than a transit visa, issued by the requested Party.

2. The Parties will endeavour to return aliens, in the first place, to their states of origin or to states where they have their permanent residence.

1. იმ შემთხვევებში, როდესაც დასაბრუნებელი პირი არ ფლობს სამგზავრო დოკუმენტს, მომთხოვნი მხარე მის სახელმწიფოში მოთხოვნის მიმღები მხარის წარმომადგენელ დიპლომატიურ მისიას მიაწვდის მოქალაქეობის, ვინაობისა და წარმომავლობის დამადასტურებელ ხელთარსებულ ინფორმაციას, ან ნებისმიერ სხვა შესაბამის ინფორმაციას, რომელიც სარეადმისიო პირს შეეხება.
1. In cases where the person to be returned does not possess a travel document, a requesting Party will submit to the Diplomatic Mission representing the requested Party in the State of the requesting Party available information supporting proof of citizenship, identity and origin or any other relevant information as regards the person to be readmitted.
