ჟურნალის გამოქვეყნებამდე, საქართველოს დიპლომატიური წარმომადგენლობების, საკონსულო დაწესებულებების, საქართველოს სასაზღვრო პოლიციისა და სამოქალაქო რეესტრის სააგენტოს მიერ ბენეფიციარების სავარაუდო ინფორმაციის შესახებ მოწოდებული ინფორმაციის საფუძველზე განისაზღვრება თითოეული ამ ორგანიზაციისთვის დასარიგებელი ჟურნალის ეგზემპლარების რაოდენობა.
Prior to the publication of the Journal, based on the information about the probable number of beneficiaries, provided by diplomatic representations, consular offices of Georgia, Georgian Border Police and the Agency of Public Registry, there will be determined the number of copies of the Journal to be disseminated to each of these entities.
