(1) “Looted” means that buildings contained various types of tangible property (such as equipment, furniture, etc.) and the said property was taken away from the building concerned with a view to looting/damaging/destroying it, as a result of which the tangible property in question has become useless or ceased to exist altogether (does not belong to its original owner any more), regardless of whether the building performs its original functions or not without the said tangible property.
