The funds envisaged for development of sports and culture for the planned year by the state budget allotment for the Ministry of Culture, Monument Protection and Sport of Georgia may not be less than 75% of the funds transferred to the state budget as a result of sales of lottery tickets during the past year.

1. მხარჯავი დაწესებულებები სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის გამოქვეყნებიდან 5 სამუშაო დღის ვადაში საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს წარუდგენენ ინფორმაციას მათთვის სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტით გამოყოფილი ასიგნებების კვარტალურ ან/და ყოველთვიურ საორიენტაციო განწერის შესახებ.
1. Within 5 working days after publishing of the state budget, the offices of payment shall submit to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia the information on approximate quarterly and/or monthly breakdown of the allotments assigned to them by the state budget.

2. საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტრო იხილავს წარმოდგენილ ინფორმაციას და არსებული რესურსების გათვალისწინებით სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის გამოქვეყნებიდან არაუგვიანეს 15 დღისა იღებს გადაწყვეტილებას სახელმწიფო და ნაერთი ბიუჯეტის (გადასახადების ნაწილში) კვარტალური ან/და ყოველთვიური განწერის შესახებ.
2. Ministry of Finance of Georgia shall review the submitted information and, taking into account existing resources, no later than in 15 days after publishing of the state budget make a decision about quarterly and/or monthly breakdown of the state and consolidated general budgets (in their expenditure part).
