The subject of the Contract shall constitute following acts performed by LLC Barville Georgia (the “Terminal”): harbouring of MSC line ships entering Poti seaport, unloading/loading them, transportation and storing of empty and full containers to its own terminal.

2.1.1 მიაწოდოს ”ტერმინალს” 72 საათით ადრე, შემდეგ 32 საათით ადრე საკონტეინერო სახაზო გემის ფოთის საზღვაო ნავსადგურში შესვლისას შემდეგი ინფორმაცია: საკონტეინერო სახაზო გემის სახელი, გემის ზომები, დრაფტი, კონტეინერების (ტიპების მიხედვით) რაოდენობა , ნავსადგურში შემოსვლის თარიღი და მიახლოებითი დრო, ხოლო 18-24 საათით ადრე გემის შემოსვლის ზუსტი დრო.
To furnish the “Terminal” 72 hours and then 32 hours prior to the entrance of a container line ship in Poti seaport with advance information concerning the name of the container line ship, the measurements of the ship, its draught, the number of containers (by their types), the date of its entrance in the Port and, 18 to 24 hours earlier, the exact time of the entrance of the ship in the Port.

2.1.4 კონტეინერებისა და კონტეინერებზე არსებული დამღების დაზიანების შემთხვევების დაფიქსირების მიზნით ”ტერმინალი”-ს პერსონალთან ერთად განახორციელოს გემიდან კონტეინერების დაცლა/დატვირთვის პროცესზე კონტროლი, ხოლო დაზიანების ან უზუსტობების აღმოჩენის შემთხვევაში შეადგინოს შესაბამისი ერთობლივი დოკუმენტი (აქტი).
In order to record the cases of damage of containers or the brands affixed thereto, together with the personnel of the “Terminal” to exercise control over the process of unloading/loading of the containers and, in case of detection of any damages or inaccuracies, to draw up a joint document (report).

To ensure that only the branded containers are stored at the container terminal; in case of the unloading of unbranded full containers from a ship, the brand shall be affixed by the captain of the ship in question, and the data concerning the container and the brand shall be entered in the document set out under paragraph 2.1.4.

2.1.8 შენახვის ვადის გასვლამდე შეასრულოს ”ტერმინალი”-ს დროებითი შენახვის ღია საბაჟო საწყობში განთავსებული კონტეინერის(ების), ტვირთის საბაჟო კანონმდებლობის დაცვით ღია საბაჟო საწყობში შესანახად გაფორმების პროცედურები, რომლის დამთავრების შემდეგ შესაბამისი დოკუმენტები წარუდგინოს ”ტერმინალს”.
Before the expiry of the storage time, to execute, in keeping with the customs legislation, the procedures envisaged for the official registration of the container(s), goods placed in the customs storage facility for temporary holding, so that they could be stored in the open customs storage facility and, on having executed the said procedures, to submit the relevant documents to the “Terminal.”
