Marriage shall be inadmissible between: a) the persons, at least one of which is married to another person; b) the relatives in a direct ascending or descending line; c) full brothers and sisters, as well as between non-full brothers and sisters; d) an adoptive parent and an adoptee; and e) the persons, at least one of which is found legally incapable by a court of law on the grounds of insanity or imbecility.

ამ მიზნით ხელშემკვრელი მხარეები: ა) ურთიერთვაჭრობაში არ გამოიყენებენ საბაჟო ტარიფებსა და მსგავსი ეფექტის მქონე მოსაკრებლებს; ბ) ურთიერთვაჭრობაში არ გამოიყენებენ რაოდენობრივ შეზღუდვებს; გ) უზრუნველყოფენ საქონლისა და მომსახურების თავისუფალ მოძრაობას; დ) უზრუნველყოფენ ვაჭრობაში სამართლიანი კონკურენციის პირობების შექმნასა და რეალიზაციას; ე) სრულყოფენ ხელშემკვრელ მხარეთა კანონმდებლობას იმგვარად, როგორც ეს აუცილებელია თავისუფალი ვაჭრობის სათანადო და ეფექტიანი ფუნქციონირებისათვის.
To this end, the Contracting Parties: a) shall not use customs tariffs and charges having similar effect in trade between them; b) shall not use quantitative restrictions in trade between them; c) shall ensure free movement of goods and services; d) shall ensure the creation and exercise of the conditions for fair competition in trade; e) shall improve the legislations of the Contracting Parties to the extent, which is necessary for the proper and efficient functioning of free trade.
