1) მხარის საკუთარი მოქალაქის რეადმისიის შესახებ მოთხოვნა შეიძლება წარდგენილი იქნას მოთხოვნის წარმდგენი მხარის მიერ ნებისმიერ დროს, თუ დადგენილია, რომ შესაბამისი პირი არ ან აღარ აკმაყოფილებს მოთხოვნის წარმდგენი მხარის ტერიტორიაზე შესვლის ან ცხოვრების პირობებს.
(1) A request to readmit a Party’s own national can be submitted at any time by the competent authority of the requesting Party, if it has been established that the person concerned does not fulfil or no longer fulfils the conditions for entry into or residence in the territory of the requesting Party.

(2) A request for the reconduction of a third State national must be submitted by the competent authority of the requesting Party no later than 6 months after the requesting Party has ascertained that this person does not fulfil or no longer fulfils the conditions for entry into or residence in the territory of the requesting Party.

If there are legal or practical impediments preventing the request from being submitted within the time allotted, the period shall be extended on request, but only, at the latest, until such time as these impediments have been removed.

(3) A request for readmission or reconduction must be answered immediately, and in any event within one month at the latest, and the reason(s) for refusing a readmission or reconduction request must be specified.

(4) After the transfer has been approved, or, where appropriate, after the one-month period has elapsed, the requested Party shall readmit or reconduct the person whose transfer has been agreed immediately, and in any case within a month at the latest.

5) მოთხოვნის წარმდგენი მხარის მოთხოვნის საფუძველზე, მოთხოვნის მიმღებმა მხარემ დაუყოვნებლივ და ნებისმიერ შემთხვევაში ხუთი სამუშაო დღის ვადაში უნდა გასცეს პირის უკან დაბრუნებისათვის საჭირო სამგზავრო დოკუმენტები სულ მცირე ერთთვიანი მოქმედების ვადით, რომლებზეც აღნიშნული იქნება მისი სახელი.
(5) At the request of the requesting Party, the requested Party shall provide immediately, and in any case within five working days at the latest, the travel documents necessary for the person’s return, bearing his name and valid for one month.

იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ იურიდიული ან პრაქტიკული მიზეზებით შეუძლებელია შესაბამისის პირის გადაცემა თავდაპირველი სამგზავრო დოკუმენტის მოქმედების ვადის გასვლამდე, მოთხოვნის მიმღებმა მხარემ ხუთი სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში იმავე მოქმედების ვადით უნდა გასცეს ახალი სამგზავრო დოკუმენტი.
If the person concerned cannot be transferred before the expiry of the initial travel document, for legal or practical reasons, the requested Party shall within five working days provide a new travel document with the same period of validity.
