1) წინამდებარე შეთანხმება ძალაში შედის იმ თარიღიდან მეორე თვის პირველ დღეს, როდესაც ბელგიის სამეფოს მთავრობა მიიღებს ძალაში შესვლისათვის საჭირო შიდა პროცედურების დასრულების შესახებ მხარეთა ბოლო წერილობით შეტყობინებას.
(1) This Agreement shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date of receipt by the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium of the last written notification of the Parties concerning the fulfillment of the legal internal procedures required for its entering into force.

2) ბელგიის სამეფოს მთავრობა თითოეულ მხარეს აცნობებს პირველ პუნქტში ნახსენებ შეტყობინებების შესახებ და წინამდებარე შეთანხმების ძალაში შესვლის თარიღს.
(2) The Government of the Kingdom of Belgium shall inform each of the Signatory States of the notifications mentioned in paragraph (1) and (2) and of the dates of the entry into force of this Agreement vis-à-vis the Parties.

(1) This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

2) ბელგიის სამეფოს, ლუქსემბურგის დიდი საჰერცოგოს და ნიდერლანდების სამეფოს ერთობლივად და საქართველოს შეუძლიათ სერიოზული მიზეზების გამო, კერძოდ სახელმწიფოს უშიშროების, საჯარო წესრიგის ან საზოგადოებრივი ჯანმრთელობის დაცვასთან დაკავშირებით წინამდებარე შეთანხმების შეჩერება, ბელგიის სამეფოს მთავრობის შეტყობინების შემდეგ, რომელიც ამის შესახებ აცნობებს სხვა მონაწილეებს.
(2) The Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands jointly and Georgia can suspend this Agreement, after notification to the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, which shall inform the other Parties thereof, for serious reasons, in particular relating to the protection of state security, the public order, or public health.

With regard to the withdrawal of such a measure, the Parties will immediately inform one another through diplomatic channels.

(3) The suspension of this Agreement shall take effect on the first day of the first month following the month in which the notification mentioned in paragraph (2) is received by the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium.

4) სერიოზული მიზეზების გამო, კერძოდ, სახელმწიფოს უშიშროების, საჯარო წესრიგის ან საზოგადოებრივი ჯანმრთელობის დაცვასთან დაკავშირებით ბელგიის სამეფოს, ლუქსემბურგის დიდი საჰერცოგოს და ნიდერლანდების სამეფოს ერთობლივად და საქართველოს შეუძლიათ წინამდებარე შეთანხმების შეწყვეტა ბელგიის სამეფოს მთავრობის შეტყობინების შემდეგ, რომელიც ამის შესახებ აცნობებს სხვა მონაწილეებს.
(4) The Kingdom of Belgium, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the Kingdom of the Netherlands jointly and Georgia can, for serious reasons, in particular for reasons of public order, public health and national security, terminate this Agreement, after communication to the Government of the Kingdom of Belgium, which shall inform the other Parties thereof.

The Swedish Delegation took note of this wish and explained that persons returning to Georgia, in principle, would be able to apply for a readmission grant according to the Swedish Ordinance number 2007:640.

According to this Ordinance persons whose application for residence permit has been rejected and who intend to return voluntarily to their country of origin may, upon application, receive a certain allowance provided that they return to a country which, due to severe conflicts, has very limited possibilities to reintegrate returnees.
