This Exhibition Lending Agreement, made of this 25th day of November, 2008, sets forth the terms of mutual agreement between The Georgian National Museum, (henceforth the “Lender”), New York University, on behalf of its Institute for the Study of the Ancient World University, (henceforth the “Organizer”) and the Benaki Museum (henceforth “Venue” or “Exhibitor”).

Any and all additional components proposed by the Exhibitor for inclusion or components proposed for exclusion must first be approved by the Organizer in writing between the joint signing of the agreement and the opening of the Exhibition at the Exhibitor.

The exhibitor’s responsibilities under this agreement shall begin on the arrival of the shipment of the Works from the previous venue to the Exhibitor and shall extend until the Works are delivered to the next exhibitor.
